Think instructional coaching is too expensive or out of your reach? Think again. Thanks to the LiNK program, Kansas has had the opportunity to model and test an affordable, convenient, and – most importantly – effective form of personalized professional learning for teachers. In this session, two virtual instructional coaches will demonstrate how the model works, share their own successes and challenges, and provide participants examples of how a virtual coaching program might work in their districts.
