Just finished my 22nd year at Skyline Schools in Pratt County. The majority of my teaching has been in 5-12th science and math. Although in a small school you can wear many hats, and I have worn my share. I have a degree in wildlife biology and one in elementary education from the U of MN. I earned my master's degree from FHSU in English as a Second Language. I taught 3-4th grades in Iowa before coming to KS to be the wildlife education coordinator for the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks where I began the wildlife education program. I have been doing workshops on science teaching for the past several years and love sharing ideas with teachers! I always arrive with plenty of resources to share and many that you can leave with.
